All Bracium products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years. This statutory guarantee applies automatically and free of charge.

What’s covered
Manufacturing/material defects under normal use.

What’s not
Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or alteration.

How to claim
Email support@bracium.com with order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll guide next steps.

Materials certification
Our materials are verified by Assay Office testing. Documentation is available upon request.
