Shipping Questions
When will I receive my order?
Your order ships in 1–2 business days. NL delivery takes 4–9 days. A tracking link will be sent once it’s on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. International shipping may be available in the future.
How much are the shipping costs?
Orders are free of any shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact shipping@bracium.com.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen issues. If your order is late, contact shipping@bracium.com for updates.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@bracium.com as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We’ll correct the mistake. Email support@bracium.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We’ll guide you through the process, just email returns@bracium.com.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact returns@bracium.com to arrange an exchange.
