Shipping & Logistics

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 17:00 CET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Delivery within the Netherlands is typically 1–3 business days, depending on carrier speed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Bracium currently ships only within the Netherlands.

Are there shipping costs?

No. All orders ship free of charge.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order anytime via the tracking page on our website. Didn’t receive the link? Check your spam folder or email shipping@bracium.com.

What if my order is delayed?

Contact shipping@bracium.com with your order number for a direct update from our team.

Orders & Returns

What’s the difference between cancelling and returning?

Cancelling = stopping your order before it ships. Once a carrier has received the package, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returning = sending the order back after you’ve received it. This is initiated by you and requires following our return steps below.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, email support@bracium.com with your order number before your order is dispatched. If your order is already shipped, it can only be handled as a return.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Email returns@bracium.com to start your return.

How do I send a return?

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive clear instructions and a return address. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an extra 1–2 business days to appear in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Only for defective or damaged products. Contact returns@bracium.com with your order number and a clear photo.

Product & Quality

Are Bracium bracelets skin-safe?

Yes. All materials are REACH-certified 316L stainless steel, hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Nickel release is below detectable thresholds.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Wipe with a soft cloth after wear and store in its box to maintain the polished finish. Basic care instructions are included with every order.
